Bigger build? Start with a Growth Diagnostic (USD 1,500), where I look at the whole business and tell you what I’d fix first. Projects are then quoted at a fixed price, and the Diagnostic comes off it.

Questions
- Can I start small?
- Yes. The Growth Check is free and the Sprint is a fixed price. Plenty of people stop there.
- Is this marketing, or AI and operations?
- Both. It’s rarely one thing. Sometimes the fix is the website or the ads. Often it’s the booking typed in three places, or the process that only lives in your head. I look at all of it.
- Why do prices show in my currency?
- I set a price for each currency rather than converting on the day, so it doesn’t jump around with the exchange rate. Same work, whichever you pay in.
- Do I have to commit to anything ongoing?
- No. Growth Partner runs month to month. Nothing here locks you in.
- Do prices include tax?
- Tax depends on where you are. I’ll confirm what applies before any work starts, so the invoice isn’t a surprise.
